Fnb credit card settlement

I have been trying to settle my fnb credit card for a while now, card expired and my account was handed over. When I call I’m handed over to the legal department but no one is giving me an answer on how to pay my debt, they just tell me that my account has been handed over. Different legal companies call me regarding the settlement of my account which is difficult to trust because they tell me different amounts of what I owe and they can’t even give me an account number to pay to. Like how then am I supposed to settle this debts.
