FNB Credit card rates Not competitive

I have had a FNB Credit card amongst other cards for over 5 years. Upon reviewing my credit card interest rates lately I saw that My Platinum Card was charging X%, to my dismay I saw that I was pay X% -3 at Nedbank and ABSA X%-5%. I contacted FNB and request a lower int rate. After submitting proof regarding the other rates and accounts, they finally advised me they would be able to offer me X%-2%, on condition I closed my other 2 credit cards. Firstly this is totally no benefit to me as the other banks are still cheaper even though FNB reviewed their rate. If they advised that they would give me a rate lower than ABSA's I could consider.<br> <br> FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE - WILL LOOSE FNB CUSTOMERS. I WILL SOON BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT
