FNB Credit Card: Prescribed *****

I had prescribed debt from FNB Dating October 2020.

Until today, I have missed payments arising from this prescribed debt. Further more Experian removed this debt (as prescribed debt) from my credit profile, however FNB still has not closed the card or the account ?

I want to know, when will the missed payments for the last two years be removed ?

Further to this, who do I invoice for all the frustration, inconvenience and quite frankly restrictions imposed on my life due to this "error" ??

Please respond or I go the legal route, tired of being abused by banks.

The last payment date was 09-09-2020 for the credit card in question.

My credit report has 2 years post this date of missed payments.

I ask you, how does this get removed or who do invoice for your incompetence ?

TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!
