Fnb Credit card policy failed to pay yet again

Ongoing issue with fnb. I took a credit card protect policy with them and claimed almost 6 months ago, i have only received one payment now it stopped and they seem to have forgotten about it, Again... this is poor, i will be looking to change banks.
