FNB credit card payment error

My account was debited with a large amount by FNB credit card division which did not tie-up with my re-payment communicated by them. This has left me with no money to pay my debt orders that will go out today i.e. FNB home loan. I contacted FNB private banking, and I was informed that they could not do anything until the transaction made in error had cleared into my account. I also contacted the home loans and collection department to see if they could move my home loan debt order by a few days while this issue was being resolved. I was informed that I had to wait for the debt order to default and then contact them to make alternative payment arrangement.
