FNB CREDIT CARD OVERCHARGING . CPA OMBUDSMAN

I took up the FNB. Gold credit card late last year purely to utilize for the purchase of an Apple iwatch through the FNB ISTORE PARTNERSHIP . The amount I’m liable per month for 27 months for as per the deal advertised Is R373 as you can imagine to my shock and horror I recieved my statement for the debit due this month an amount of R504 I then proceeded to correct this as FNB are clearly over charging I COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO THE CREDIT CARD DIVISION GOT TRANSFERRED TO ORHER DEPARTMENTS 3 times and Even today I could not get through THE SERVICE IS SO POOR . I eventually opted to mail FNB to which some consultant responded saying I need to address with ISTORE ....... WHAT A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THE ISTORE HAS BEEN PAID VIA THE CREDIT CARD THE DEBIT IS FACILITATED BY FNB NOT ISTORE . FNB HAVE SENT ME AN INCORRECT DEBIT AMOUNT THE ISSUE LIES WITH THEM YET THATS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE CPA OMBUDSMAN . I EXPECT THIS MATTER TO BE ADDRESSED NOW BEFORE I GET DEBITED ON 1 FEBRUARY
