Good Day

I received a call from FNB Card yesterday, from Thandi Majola.

the responds and reasons provided by FNB Card for the reason they reduced my limit, is that my account was in arrears and that FNB is busy with a campaign of reducing limits.

My account is not in arrears, and FNB is hiding behind T&C. I had this card for 10 years and had the same behaviour on this card for the last 12 months. According the Thandi they sent me a collection sms, which I received, but that sms was about my card being overlimit because of the monthly interest and budget payments that went through. The sms dont state anything about decreasing my limit as claimed by Thandi.

My planning for this month was to leave enough money for the budget payments to decrease my minimum payment and to not go over my limit, hence the reason for the R15 000 transfer into the credit card.

i am still not happy with the manner in which i am treated for a 10 year loyal customer.

you are not complying with the TCF act.

my complaint reference is ********** and I am not happy with the feedback i received yesterday.

the least they can do is have a manager give me a call.

I want my limit reinstated.
