FNB Credit Card - No Accountibility

I app**** for a credit card (via call center call). The card were per a proofed and to finalise I had to email supporting documents. The email address supp**** didn't worked so I vised the local branch to mail the information to the credit card division

I the mean time I transfer fund into the "new card". After a week I did another inquiry and were ask to submit more supporting information. Again I gone to the branch to send the documents to the card division via email. The card division promise to call back

Another week passed, I again made a inquiry to the progress. Again more documents required and THEN BECAUSE A MONTH HAS PASSED THE APPLICATION EXPIRED. This were communicated to me only after I vised the branch once again, spend 30 min on calls to get the required documents. They promise to refund the money transferred in "new card" in 3-7 working days??

No call or emails, I had to case them and not a way to treat clients. I were about to open a business account and bond for trust, but unfortunately have approached another bank. 2 Day's all sorted

I will wait for the refund and the decided if I must close the account.

FNB Management need to review their service delivery - urgently

Thank you but to late Still no call from the Card Division Supervisor as promised (Last Friday, Monday & Wednesday) If I have NOT FOLLOWED UP, nothing would have happened Because of the delay, due to FNB, the application were cancel Easy bail out (FNB at fault) but "BLAME THE CUSTOMER" - no accountibility Thus I accept no feed back from FNB, because that what append until now
