'FNB Credit card Nightmare

FNB credit card debit order is a nightmare. They will not assist me in resolving 2 ******* debit orders on my credit card. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with multiple savings accounts. Prime video is debiting my account *******ly. I cannot make contact with the merchant to stop the debits and FNB won't help. Useless bank. I will move my accounts over to a more competent bank and close both mine and my spouse accounts
