FNB CREDIT CARD LIMIT INCREASE SHOCKING DELAY

I have requested a Credit Card Limit Increase and its been almost 48hours after signing agreement and sending all required documents, and No limit increase has occurred. I have contacted them and I was told that case is completed, but they have technical issue with application they must escalate. Telling me i may now wait another 48 hours and longer. they is highly unacceptable and actually so frustrating. imagine a simple limit increase taking so long.
