FNB Credit Card limit increase - poor process

I currently have a credit card with FNB with a limit of R48000. I called on the 9th of September 2019 to request for a limit increase, I was sent a quote of about R73000 which I signed and email back together with my proof of income.

I called after 2 days and I was told that my application has been referred to credit department for review and will take a further 3 more days to be approved.

For the past months, I have been calling fnb card division going through the same cycle for the whole month. I have been sent more than 4 quotes with different amounts that I qualify for which I have been signing and sending back and forth to fnb.

Every time I call I get a new person who sound like they are starting my limit increase application from scratch. I have been sent several debit approval to my standard bank account which I have all approved.

Today, the 9th of October iam still going through the same cycle, I have just been sent another quote, now qualifying for R73000 again, which Iam requested to sign and return back o fnb.

This has been the most frustrating process I have ever gone though with a banking institution.
