FNB Credit Card Limit Increase not reflecting

I requested an increase on my credit card limit on Tuesday, it is currently Thursday and I was advised yesterday after having to call in as no one gets back to me, that the application has been accepted, however, the credit limit increase is still not reflecting, why advise clients that we can do it ourselves if the process still takes forever.
