FNB Credit Card legal-*****ing my money

Good day I am extremely upset with FNB Credit Card Legal especially Sydwell. He is messing around with me, I have arrangements in Place with GLA attorneys (Elsie) and I pay my installements, Even when I skip a month , I pay extra the next month. Elsie instructed FNB to refund my R1500.00, well I had accidentlly paid in R2000.00 which they want to rob me of my R500.00 and now they still taking so long, Sydwell doesnt read the emails and the consultants on the secure chat continue to waste my time and when you phone legal, they re-direct you to secure chat or email. And fnb has been getting the instructions to refund me , but are robbing me. I am a valid client for 38 years, is this the service i get, I want my money that is due to me today. Put yourselves in my shoes. I am trying to come up in life and get back on my feet again , I definately dont need this from FNB Credit Card legal or GLA attorneys. Pay my money today.
