Fnb credit card legal.

Do to circumstances i had to go on debit review. My account was closed. Now i have funds and would like to settle the account im being given the run around. Spending hours on the line just to get the relevent department to assist. Tried going to the bank but was said only the call center can assist. This is becoming stressful and annoying trying to settle this account and wanting to come out of debit review.
