FNB CREDIT CARD ITC NOT UPDATED / SETTLEMENT LETTER NOT RECEIVED
I had a credit card account with FNB that was hHanded over to HP for collection.
FNB Card number : #*** Hammond and Pole ***
I have paid up the account in May 2019 in full but still did not receive the settlement letter nor was my ITC updated for the account.
FNB is supposed to be the best bank but has failed me once again
