FNB Credit card issues and fees

My FNB Credit Card Expired and of July 2020. I got me New on two weeks before then already, and changed PIN in APP immediately, but only used new card in August.

First of all, what happened was that I changed the PIN on the APP, but was not aware that I had to SYNC the card and PIN at ATM, took a few days to resolve that after the card did now work at any speed point, at all...

I was told by FNB to go to an FNB ATM, input card and cancel transaction 3 times. I did that, and now the card works, however, I noticed that 3 X R9.50 was charged as cancellation fee, that I thought was because of the ATM cancellations, I queried FNB, took a long time, but no clear answer and they asked me to send an email. Meanwhile, over the weekend I checked the account again, and another 3 X R9.50 was taken as cancellation fees, I then I only realized when trying to go into my Netflix account, that it was Netflix trying to take money with old car info...

I queried FNB via the CHAT on the APP, and their reply was that its not their problem...

FNB is so useless to keep trying to use the old card info and it being denied, while FNB themselves cancelled the old card as it has expired, now I have been penalized with ridiculous cost of cancellation fees for something I did not even know about...

Best of all, even on the Netflix website, the card info was clearly that of the old card and clearly stated that it was expired...

FNB service is useless... They expensive and doesn't care about their clients.

After 10 years at FNB, I think its time to get a new bank..
