FNB CREDIT CARD INTEREST ****

FNB CHARGED ME INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARD AFTER THEY DID NOT DEBIT ME THE Minimum monthly payment. The money was available for debit in the elected account but they did not debit me. I reported to them that they did not debit me as per arrangement and they informed me that they will investigate the matter and in the meantime i should transfer amount payable into the credit card account, which i did. This interest charged has no basis as it is not my fault that they did not debit my account and no interest shall accumulate for purchases within the 55 days interest free period.

I have requested them several times to explain the basis of this charge and they are failing to do so and shall reverse this interests charged as they breached the contract.
