Fnb Credit Card Insurance against unemployment

I owned a credit card with fnb and it was always up to date. I had insurance on my account against unemployment which was paid every month. When I became unemployed I then excersized my rights to use my insurance to pay for my credit account. Fnb had many third parties and attorney companies to call me which I mentioned that I'm unemployed and my insurance should now cover me which they agree on . Fnb seem to be ignoring my request and have now loaded the credit card info into my profile and they continue to charge me interest. What else can I do.
