FNB credit card incompetence

As I have not used my FNB credit card which only expires in 2029 (which has a credit balance on it, by the way) for the last 13 months, I have been receiving messages from FNB to reactivate the card. Last week I went into the Hatfield branch at Hillcrest Boulevard & spent an hour with a lovely lady called Betty who personally called the credit card department & APPARENTLY re-activated the card. I use the word apparently in capital letters because when I wanted to use the credit card the very same day, it declined. Round 2 - today I again went to the same branch & dealt with a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Cole who AGAIN had to call the credit card department to AGAIN re-activate the credit card. Cole was assured the card was re-activated, we both went to the auto teller & I even transferred money from my current account into my credit card INCREASING my credit amount in the card & to see if the credit card was activated. Lo & behold, 10 minutes later when tried to use the card at Pick n Pay for the amount of R60.34 which is way less than the credit amount that I have in the card let alone what the credit card limit is, IT DECLINED!!! If poor FNB employees battle with getting the idiots at the credit card department to do their jobs over the phone, what chance do us customers have ESPECIALLY when I'm hard of hearing, wear a hearing aid that is why I did NOT phone myself. So dear FNB credit card department, take your credit card & shove it where the sun don't shine & pay my credit amount back into my current account as I am done with incompetence & looking to take ALL my business elsewhere as obviously FNB does not value me as a customer who NEVER goes into overdraft & merely keeps a credit card for pure emergencies as I do not like spending money that does not belong to me.
