FNB Credit Card ***** | Hard Hold | Moses Koroloso

I have been ****med and trying to find solutions with FNB on how to resolve everything and I have had no luck. They have referred me to Moses Koroloso which is the most difficult person to get hold of. Now my accounts are all blocked and caný pay my bills. How am I supposed to live? If anything happens to me I'll literally die because my payments are affected and my cover compromised!!!! Can I just pay my bills and rent so I can survive? Is that too much to ask for?
