FNB credit card *****

An unauthorised transaction of R13 307 ,33 went off from my credit card account . The moment i saw the notification i notified FNB and i was told to wait 7 to 30 days for feedback . And today i receive a sms stating i own a huge amount of money on my credit card . This is totally unacceptable!!! Is my money not safe at FNB ? How can i wait up to 30 days for feedback on a transaction i know 100% i did not do . I sit in South Africa and the purchase reference on my statement indicate the purchase was done in Dubai.

That moment the transaction went off and i contacted FNB the transaction was still not processed, i asked the agent if they cant reverse the transaction and yet again i was told a lot of stories.

This is totally unacceptable and honestly i can’t wait 30 days for feedback and im sure not paying back a R13 307,33 for a purchase i did not do .
