FNB Credit Card ***** Claim

I a very disappointed with FNB. I have been telling everyone I know that they are the best bank. They just proved to me that this is not the case. I had a ***** claim on my credit card a couple of months ago and they kept telling me that my claim does not fall within 4 months claim period which was a blatant direct lie, because from when I lodged the claim until the present day was definitely within the 4 months. They kept telling me this excuse just so that they didn't have to do the claim.
