FNB Credit Card *****: Business Account Hold/Frozen: Moses Koroloso

My name is Nkosana Mashego and I’ve been a client with FNB for numerous years, I have both personal and business accounts with them and it has been nothing but a nightmare to say the least. I am extremely irate with the level of garbage service one is receiving from a banker that’s supposed to be a safe keeping agent of my funds and my family’s livelihood to say the least…

My business account has been blocked on numerous occasions with their reasons being suspected *****!!! This happens all the bladdy time with no notification, phone call, nothing!!! I’ve reached out to the ***** department and no one can give me an answer as to what is going on, what institution tolerates like this where departments are not aligned??? I keep getting sent from pillar to post all the damn time with no luck, my family’s life is on hold, I can’t pay anything, purchase food, we have basically been brought down to borrowing money from family and friends!!!!

This morning I was advised that a Moses Koroloso from the ***** department is the one that has put a block on my account, I mean as a specialist do you not have the curtesy to call and advise people of this? I run a business, I pay people salaries which I now can’t… your employees are comfortable inconveniencing mine because of incompetency, this is utter disgust and embarrassing. FNB BANK IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!

I WILL NOT STOP DRAGGING THIS BANKS NAME IN THE PITTS TILL THIS GETS RESOLVED. FNB IS HELL MAN!!!
