FNB Credit card email takes forever to respond to us
I just need to know if I qualify for a credit card increase so I can make other plans. I tried to increase my limit online and I got a notification that I do not qualify. I went to the bank so they could give me the reason why I don't qualify and the teller said she cant help me and I had to enquire though the FNB card email. I sent an email and I got a response to send my 3 months payslips so they could help me . I sent the payslips and up to now I have no response. Please FNB help me. I just need to know if i qualify or not. I need to plan ahead and go ahead with my Plan B if I don't qualify. I had been told it takes up to 48 hours to receive a response.
