FNB credit card *****

I’m a victim of credit card ***** at FNB yet again, from a card I don’t even use. I only use my digital card yet someone managed to use my car details for *****. HOW????? The same thing happened to me last time and I had to replace my card but I wanna know how someone can used my card when I don’t even use it for transactions???? And all they have to say is “ “Kindly note I cannot advise as to how it was compromised, however Net florist is an online platform meaning someone used your card details for the transaction. The ***** desk will be able to provide feedback once they have investigated.”

So anyone can access our cards out of the blue?????? AND STILL FNB is doing nothing about this??????
