fnb credit card

short summary received credit card in March 2022 money was paid into the account have been using and paying back every month. few weeks ago I saw that I qualify for an increase. money was paid into account. all of a sudden my card was placed on hold and money was taken out of my account left me with an available balance of R0. No FNB decided to cancel my credit increase aswell as my entire credit card after 5 months due to ITA 34 docs outstanding. I am self employed and business is not registered so I do not have these docs. after 5 months now all of a sudden its an issue. how can FNB pay that money to me without that docs in the first place. my agreement also states FNB can cancel it any time BEFORE the money is paid into account not after!!! this is just the short version. disgusted in FNB, canceled all my investments with them aswell as my funeral cover, even stopepd banking with them. now I get calls every second day where I have to explain this story and make payment arrangements as if Im a bad payer or bad person or whatever WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. DISGUSTING FNB!!!
