FNB Credit Card

Once again I have issues with FNB Credit Card division. They keep holding / pending funds on my credit card account when the funds have been banked already!!! HOW??? WHY??? And its not the ****ing MERCHANT FNB!!! I have called the merchants and they confirm the charges have only been banked once on there side so why is FNB still holding the funds. This happens every month and I am sick and tired of it!!! There is R33 outstanding I can't eve see it, R295 banked 25/02 and still pending and R248 banked 03/03 and still on pending! FNB needs to clear all these transaction and balance this account ****ing correctly! I have posted all this **** on social media to show how damn *********** FNB is! Every ****ing month, same **** and the call center agents are ****ing hopeless! SORT THIS OUT!!!

Yes and then I need to wait weeks for this to be sorted! BULL****! I want this fixed NOW!!!

R248 was banked on the 3 March, why is it still on the pending list and included in the outstanding authorizations normal ?????? IT WAS ****ING BANKED BY THE MERCHANT IT CANNOT BE OUTSTANDING AND BANKED!!! THIS IS NOT ****ING ROCKET SCIENCE

If you add R350 + R125 + R248 (which has been ****ing banked already and should not be there) the total is R723 - simple math FNB my 7 year can figure this out.
SO PLEASE FOR THE LIFE OF ME... WHY IS THE TOTAL R690 UNDER OUTSTANDING AUTHORIZATIONS? WHAT THE **** IS THE MISSING R33???
