Fnb credit card

Horrible Horrible Horrible the amount of abuse I have received from this bank i would advise people to never have any relationship with fnb they are Horrible even the consultants are Horrible I have been a client of fnb more than 10 years and the amount of money they have taken from me its a lot, I tried opening a credit card with fnb and I was told I do qualify then I was told I don't qualify because apparently there was an insurance debit oder that was unsuccessful and there was a gambling in my account mind you that gambling is me buying someone a voucher online. And with the debit I tried to explain that no the insurance debited on a date we didn't agree upon that's why it bounced but fnb was being rude and painting me as a gambler, mind you they even told me I must upgrade my account to private banking so that I can get more credit mind you now I have to pay more bank charges for something that I didn't even get, I strongly believe that fnb is just a ****** bank that is up to not helping african people because it doesn't make sense that the bank that I don't even bank with gave me credit card over 100k but the one that I bank with is refusing me credit If you really want a reliable bank I say go to absa and leave fnb because its a terrible bank that is ****ming our people money
