FNB Credit Card Double Debit

Recently acquired a credit card from FNB last year, in February 2024 I moved the full amount from my budget to my straight facility without changing my debit order date.

Now I'm being double debited because as per FNB I have moved my debit order date, I would like this to be changed to manual payments ASAP, after which I will be closing this facility.
