FNB credit card division sucks.

<p>I always heard FNB was a terrible bank but I never believed them. </p> <p>FNB credit card together with administration opened a case for a situation I had with the bank but i was told that administration had since closed the case. The issue I am having is that I was never informed from adminjstratiom about the case and now they have closed the case without informing me and without updating anything on my bank. Fnb sucks and i will change my bank from thrse losers who say how can they help but they never do......</p>
