FNB Credit Card Division Stinks

Credit card division of fnb stinks. Called and spoke to two consultants about sending me a bank statement. To date, nothing was sent to me. I haven't used my card for over a year, but the deductions are exorbitant. Nobody seems to care but are only interested in MONEY. Disgraceful credit card division of fnb. Never recommend anyone to open accounts with them.
