FNB CREDIT CARD DIVISION - FAILING AGAIN TO UPDATE ITC

FNB CREDIT CARD DIVISION - Disappointing again In the Month of July 2019 I received my paid up letter from FNB for credit card closure. This month when I checked my 4 in 1 credit report I was shocked that my ITC with EXPERIAN was still not updated effecting my credit score. I have send several emails to FNB Credit card Division as well as their attorney.

*** feedback received was just the setllement letter send to me again - This does not resolve the issue of my Experian ITC not updated ID : *** CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT ENDING WITH : 7000 FNB ***

This still has not been resolved ,poor poor service from FNB.I had to phone FNB this morning after I was phoned by FNB on the 01.10.2019 that I will receive feedback.Nobody bothered to phone me with feedback.Spoke to Natasha on the following extension *** at round about 10:15 and she was going to give me feedback within an hour.4 hrs later and still no feedback. For a top class bank this service is very poor. This effects my home loan application and now i am punished by FNB.
