FNB Credit Card Division completely ***********.

I app**** for a credit card with FNB in January 2022. To date, the application has not been finalized. How on earth can a card application take over a year and a half to finalize? Every time I follow up, they ask me to send documents that I have already sent countless times already. I tried all channels, including email, phone, and secure chat but FNB did not come through. It feels like there is a lack of responsibility and accountability in this division. Greatly disappointed.
