FNB Credit Card Division

Can FNB Credit Card Division please come back to me regarding my Complaint I lodged on 9 February? It is after a Month now. No-one makes contact with me in any way to give me any update until I call. The Lady I spoke with on 26 February whom I gave 7 Business days to complete my query, who promised to send me an update by Email on 1 March has also not done so and when I called to follow-up could not be found. This is a Bank for Heaven's sake which supposed to resolve its Clients queries
