FNB credit card Dept please Honour our Agreement and stick to it

Please Fnb Credit Card Department. 1. Kindly reverse the R115 x2 that you double charged me on 8 August after I paid R1000 directly to the card on the 2nd. After requesting me to make a payment then you try to take a double debit from my fusion account and it has incurred charges.

2. Please stick to the arrangement made telephonically to reduce the amount payable until I am re-employed. Please stop harassing me with calls and emails. I made funds available enough to cater for the arrangement we agreed and now its your part to honour that same arrangement.

3. I cannot be coming to this platform everytime to be heard. Please honor our agreement that we reached telephinically.
