Fnb credit card department useless.

I had a problem applying for a credit card. FNB sent me an e mail stating that we resolved your problem. When I app**** and called the call centre nobody could help me. I responded to the e mail and 1 week later nobody responded. They gave me a number to call, when I called they knew nothing and said we can't help you.
