FNB Credit Card department *********** !!!!!!!!

For Five YEARS I have been struggling to get a "Paid up letter" out of FNB for a credit card that they adminstrated. This Credit card that I have paid is reflecting negatively on my credit profile and it doesnt matter how many times i phone or email them, they make all these empty promises to solve the issue and then I never hear from them again. Pathetic and ***********. I am furious! They have no idea what is going on in their company and never follow up or deliver on their promises
