FNB credit card department

I have been with FNB for years and the service level on everything has dropped, the service is poor even if you request call back you will wait forever, my credit is clear FNB is saying I qualify for huge amount of loan and temp loan as well as 6 month loan and yet they say I dont qualify for credit card, and surprising I am getting offers from other banks I have put them on hold because personally I wanted to keep everything under one bank, I wish someone can explain to me what is the reason so that I can decide I did not sign a life contract with FNB
