FNB Credit Card Delivery Process a nightmare

I had applyed for an FNB Gold Credit Card online and recieved confirmation on 18 April 2017. I also recieved an sms on the same day indicating their delivery company Mr Delivery would contact me soon to establish a preffered date and time for delivery.

After recieving absolutely no contact (call, sms or email) for almost 2 weeks from Mr Delivery, I decided to check the progress on FNB's track and Trace option online. The status says the delivery company is struggling to get hold of me and that I should contact them. After numerous attempts to do so with no answer, I tried contacting FNB directly.

After being cut off and transferred too many times to mention, I eventually landed up with a consultant who advised she has sent a follow up email to the delivery company instructing them to contact me.

Another week later, still no response from Mr Deliver or FNB with regards to where my card is?!!

Highly dissapointed and rahter concerned.
