FNB Credit Card Deactivated after recieving and using it

Good Day

To Whom It may Concern at FNB

I app**** to open a banking account and a credit card facility I was then requested to have provided my payslips which I had done and submitted after a week I received a call advised its approved got delivery after 5 days and the day after delivery my card was suspended by the ***** division claiming that the card was issued in system error I mean really how does that happen and now the bank is treating me like a ***** I am sorry but should FNB not re-activate my credit card and resolve this professionally I will be passing this to the NCR and Ombudsman for banking to have investigate how does the bank approve activate and allow me to use the card and then cancel it the very next day please advise if this is not responded to within the next 48hours I am leaving FNB and taking this up
