FNB- Credit Card Collections

I have been trying to contact FNB to make an arrangement on my credit card for payment with their Card Collection Division. There are no consultants available to take the call I am trying to ensure that I am a good customer and yet FNB does not even have any consultants available to take the calls. I have been waiting and waiting on hold this is very unprofessional service to say the least.
