FNB: Credit Card Closing procedure takes forever
Yet another FNB credit card closing complaint. On the 26th of April 2019 I went to FNB Branch in calsward in Midrand to close my credit card. I was then told I must email the request to close the credit card to ********** which I did and got a reference number. A week later I called them on their Credit card line, I wasnt assisted.
Now I noticed I have been charged for May credit card fees but nothing is being done. I wonder If I'll also pay for June fees. My account is on a positive and I do not understand what is so complicated about closing an account.
