FNB CREDIT CARD charges without asking their client

I changed with FNB CREDIT CARD from Private Banking Credit Card to Premier CREDIT CARD , on their FNB cellphone banking cannot dispute to cancel TOP UP DEBIT PLAN,for Credit Card .Their *** is useless and FNB just has music recording for 3 hours. Fnb quick to debit but not to answer calls. Now tomorrow 3 July 2021 they will debit TOP UP DEBIT R155.98 without giving me opportunity for me to ask if I want this plan on my new Credit Card supp**** by FNB. Their credit card division is also inaccessible on FNB banking app . Poor poor customer service by FNB CREDIT CARD Division
