Fnb Credit Card Charges

Hi, I would just like to explain how difficult it is to get things done at FNB. I have recently paid the full amount of my credit card as shown on my online banking, I have received an sms showing that I still have an outstanding amount. I called the call centre and went through all the voice prompts and spoken to about 4 consultants and according to them a monthly fee will be paid on the card and it doesn't matter if you use the card or not. although this seems like ******* as I am also charged banking fees on my cheque account already, they show no concern an just transfer me through to the retention department, this procedure took place 4 times and each time the same they transfer me to the retention department and the call does not go through, each time they transfer the call I have to hold for 30 minutes and then the call cuts without anyone even answering. I have asked to speak to a manager on every call and they refuse to put a manager on the call saying that the managers are in a meeting, I think that they just avoiding to speak to an upset client. This is the type of service that we receive from one of the top banks in our country, this sucks and is very frustrating especially after being banking with FNB for many years. Spending 3 hours on the phone while I am at work trying to sort out a simple issue is definitely how I plan on spending my day. This is unacceptable. I have spoken to the following people because the managers don't seem to want to speak to the clients: 1st Call - Spoke to Kgofiame(consultant - was of no use) 2nd Call - Spoke to Panielle - claimed to be a senior consultant on the floor.( absolutely no help and just tried to transfer the call) 3rd Call - Spoke to Rene - Calimed to be a senior consultant on the floor also of no use and transferred the call again to another department. 4th Call - Phumzile consultant - did not transfer the call said that her senior will call me, a MR Sundaram Naidoo. the amasing part is that every time I call back to the same department there is a new person to speak to and none of them seems to know the previous person that I had spoken to. I am absolutely disgusted at the attitude of these consultants as well as the attitude of FNB. Each call that was made took minimum of 30 - 40 minutes each, the painful part is that each time you call fnb you have to go through the same voice prompts over and over again. P.S after all that frustration I still have to paid a monthly fee regardless if the credit card is used or not, I still will have to pay the bank charges as well. I may be alone on this but I feel that the credit card fee is just ******* on your clients.

Thanks for sending through another computer generated message, same as going through all your voice prompts each time we call your call centre. Thanks for noting.
