FNB Credit Card

My Credit card payment went through on the 2nd of May it still shows as pending . I am charged interest for the period 2nd to current . It is ridiculousness as the payment came from my FNB cheque account. This happened last month as well .Please4 help. I spoke to secure chat credit card division nothing they can do.
