FNB Credit card cancelled in 2019 reflecting negatively on credit bureaus records
I settled and cancelled my credit card with FNB in 2019. However it still registers on the credit bureaus as being active and over used, as such my credit score is affected.
I have been sent from pillar to post and never get answers, i now emailed credit card complaints and received a reply saying they would investigate and get back to me.
No further email has been received and no matter how many follow ups i send no reply is sent.
I cannot get further credit due to this issue and FNB seems unwilling to assist.

24 May 2021, 13:39Still no contact, only a new email saying a complaint has been received, someone will be in contact (same email i got 10 days ago from Keegan Dollie, but this time its from Selma Singane).
When i call to speak to someone im told these people only deal over email (doesnt seem like it as no one replies?!).
I asked how long i should wait for a reply and was told that there is no way to tell me that.
So ive complained here and been advised that someone will contact me, ive complained to credit card departments and told someone will contact me, ive called and been told someone will contact me... but to date, no one has contacted me?!
What do i need to do to get someone to tell me what is going on???
