FNB CREDIT CARD

App**** for a credit card, got approved, and received my card. Went to use my card and got declined. Call the centre to enquire about this and the informed me that the credit card got declined. Ask them as to the reason why did the card got declined and the told me that they used my account number to verify income and it did not correspond. I did further investigation only to realize that they used the wrong account number to verify my income. All employees cannot assist you. makes you think if they employ professional people.
