FNB credit card application - WHAT a DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE!!!
I have tried to since 6 Jan apply for a credit card. The application has been painful, with their email system failing, agents being *********** and admin errors being made. It is now 23 Jan and I AGAIN got an excuse and a request that there was an error and that the application needs to be recaptured!!! UNREAL for a bank that is suppose to be a top notch institution.
