FNB Credit Card Application

FNB Card Fullfillment is an absolute disappointment!!!!!

I app**** for a credit card online a month ago and to date I have been asked to send pay-slips, rental contracts, as well as been requested permission to recapture my application, yet there is no feedback. It is absolutely shocking that the staff don't take the initiative to investigate WHY it is taking so long and provide a standard reply that it is still in the process.

So much for customer service in the Credit Card division, they can take a leaf out of their home loan staff!
