Fnb credit card and revolving credit - Bad communication

After almost a month to discuss sensitve information and requesting at least 5 to 10 times that the credit card department and revolving credit loan department phone me during 1 and 2 pm. as I sit in an open plan office - Fnb still phones me at 8am in the morning. I don't understand why this communication is not on their system??
